This policy explains the categories of information MenuSuite processes for public visitors, guests, and restaurant staff.

Information we process

MenuSuite may process account details, workspace membership, restaurant configuration, menu content, table context, guest order activity, service requests, reviews, and technical logs needed to operate the product.

Guest QR activity

Guest QR sessions can include table identifiers, cart selections, order notes, waiter calls, bill requests, and review ratings. Restaurants use this information to provide service at the table.

Staff workspace activity

Staff actions such as approvals, order updates, table changes, settings edits, and audit events may be stored so restaurant teams can operate the workspace and review history.

Service providers

MenuSuite uses infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, email, and analytics providers to run the service. These providers process information only as needed for product operation and security.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained for restaurant workflow, audit, and reporting needs. Workspace owners can request deletion or export paths according to the product capabilities and applicable law.
