Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using MenuSuite public pages, guest QR menus, and staff workspaces.

Restaurant content
Menus, prices, allergens, availability, staff settings, and guest-facing copy are controlled by the restaurant workspace. MenuSuite does not verify that restaurant-provided content is complete or current.
Guest orders and requests
Guest QR actions such as orders, waiter calls, bill requests, and reviews are operational messages for the restaurant. Final service, fulfillment, payment, refunds, and hospitality decisions remain with the restaurant.
Accounts and access
Staff users must keep account access secure and only use workspaces they are authorized to access. Owners and managers are responsible for team membership, role assignment, and device access.
Availability
We work to keep MenuSuite reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, or network issues. Restaurants should keep an operational fallback for critical service moments.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of MenuSuite after an update means the latest terms apply.
